We provide up to 16 weeks of fully paid, job-protected parental leave to employees following the birth of an employee’s child or the placement of a child in connection with adoption or foster care. Team members can use the 16 weeks all at once or incrementally throughout the twelve months following the birth, adoption, or placement. We’ve designed this policy to enable our team members to care for and bond with their newborn, newly adopted, or newly placed child.
