About the Program
Our client faced a tough business challenge: turning data into an enterprise-wide learning transformation. Without a strong data-driven capability framework, employees lacked consistent guidance, leaders had limited visibility into development needs, and learning was not always connected to real business priorities.
To address this challenge, the Sales Excellence team partnered with Recombinators to create a breakthrough initiative. Its purpose was broader than delivering training: it aimed to establish a common language for development, align leadership expectations, and embed learning into everyday work.
The initiative began with an in-depth diagnostic. Employee feedback, performance indicators, stakeholder interviews, and existing learning data were analyzed to identify recurring needs and opportunities. These insights informed an integrated learning strategy that combined practical capability building, leadership reinforcement, coaching, curated content, and clear organizational guidance.

What made the initiative different was its focus on sustainable behavior change. Learning experiences were designed around real workplace situations, while leaders and managers were equipped to reinforce new practices. The approach was scalable enough to support the enterprise, yet flexible enough to remain relevant across different teams and roles.
Success was measured through participation, completion, employee feedback, capability application, manager reinforcement, and adoption across the organization. Together, these measures provided a clear view of whether learning was translating into consistent behaviors and improved performance.
The transformation was made possible by the people behind it: employees who shared their experiences, leaders who championed the initiative, subject-matter experts who shaped the content, and internal and external partners who helped bring the strategy to life. Their collaboration turned data into action and an L&D program into a foundation for lasting enterprise change.
